The GLZ-25 type dry granulation machine is a laboratory-scale dry granulation machine independently developed by our company. This machine is the smallest dry granulation machine available for laboratory research purposes, suitable for use in laboratories, intermediate experimental setups, and small-scale production. Only about 80 grams of dry powder is required for it to achieve a granular form. According to the mechanical extrusion granulation process principle, the pre-configured dry powder in a state with certain crystalline water or fine crystalline materials are extruded into thin sheets, and then pass through the granulation system and a sieve to be formed into the desired size of particles.
