I. Usage:
This equipment is specifically designed for product sterilization and disinfection purposes.
II. Design Principle:
This machine uses a Teflon mesh belt. Products can be directly placed on the mesh belt for sterilization. The optimal time for the mesh belt to enter the sterilization area is approximately 1 minute. It ensures thorough sterilization, achieving the desired sterilization effect. The operation is convenient and the result is practical.

Each group of sterilization lamps can be controlled separately, adding a device for adjusting the angle of the UV lamp tubes, with a total length of the lamp tubes 650mm, effective light distance 150mm, wavelength 253.7nm, sterilization rate can reach 99%). Equipped with an automatic timer, which can monitor the usage time of the lamp tubes at any time, facilitating the replacement of the lamp tubes.
IV. Bactericidal Efficiency
Ultraviolet sterilization technology boasts a bactericidal efficiency that is unparalleled by any other technology. The bactericidal efficiency can reach 99% - 99.9%. The sterilization time required by ultraviolet technology for common types of bacteria and viruses is generally within 1 minute. While traditional chemical disinfection methods such as chlorine gas and ozone, which aim to achieve the same bactericidal effect, typically require 20 minutes to 1 hour. V. Usage Notes
1. For ultraviolet germicidal lamps, it is important to pay attention to the decline in the intensity of the lamp beam.
1. After using the lamp for a period of time, we still evaluate the lamp tube based on the concept of fluorescent lamps, judging the intensity of invisible light by the brightness visible to the naked eye. This method is prone to errors and thus affects the germicidal effect. The following aspects should be considered to determine it: Each type of microorganism has its specific ultraviolet killing and death dose standard. As K (germicidal dose) = I (illumination intensity) X T (illumination time) can be known from the formula, the effect of high-intensity short-time and low-intensity long-time is the same. Therefore, after the lamp tube declines (after using for a long time), the disinfection time should be extended to ensure the quality of disinfection.
2. Pay attention to protection
Ultraviolet rays have a strong killing power on bacteria and also have certain harm to the human body. The most vulnerable part of the human body is the cornea of the eye. Therefore, at any time, it is not allowed to look directly at the illuminated lamp tube with the eyes to avoid injury. If it is necessary to look, ordinary glass (wearing glasses) or transparent plastic film should be used as a protective mask. Do not use quartz glass at all, because ordinary glass is almost completely unable to transmit ultraviolet rays. Once injured, there is no need to panic. Facial burns will fall off the epidermis after a few days and heal on their own. Eye injuries will be red, swollen,流泪, and painful. It takes about three to four days to recover. Anyway, if you encounter any injury, it is still recommended to seek medical treatment immediately.
