CHAPTER 2 Safety codes and regulations

2-1 Installation safety requirements

When the machine arrives at the site, it must be inspected for damage before installation and start-up. Whether the frame is deformed, whether the electrical cabinet is damp, and especially whether all components have signs of damage (such as collision marks). If you are not sure, please check with the manufacturer whether the machine is damaged. Please notify the transport unit as soon as you find any damage.

Do not remove the package if the machine is not fully positioned. This machine can be carried by forklift truck. Please insert from the bottom of the front of the machine to carry. Do not use cable lifting! Only by strictly following the above instructions can the installation be secure. Otherwise, it may cause personnel injury and machine damage.

Do not cover the heat dissipation fan of the electrical cabinet to ensure that the heat dissipation is normal. Otherwise, the temperature of the electrical components will be too high, resulting in damage and unstable operation of the machine.

Check whether the power supply conforms to the working power supply of the machine, the voltage discrepancy will damage the electrical components.

2-2 maintenance safety measures

 

1. Personnel who operate electrical and mechanical components must be trained, authorized and approved.

2. The mechanical components and electrical maintenance of the machine shall be conducted by trained and approved staff. He must be familiar with mechanical installation and electrical maintenance of professional experience.

3. Carry out maintenance and repair of the machine regularly, and remove safety risks immediately to avoid big losses.

Never allow maintenance operations on live machines.

5. Only after the total circuit breaker in the control cabinet is disconnected and the total power supply of the machine is cut off, the maintenance operation of electrical components can be carried out.

Attention

1. Even if the power switch of the machine is disconnected, there is still a part of the electrical components in the loop.

2. Check all components and transmission system at least once a year. If the working environment is severely corroded, the frequency of inspection should be increased.

 

-- Maintenance safety measure

All installation parts must be maintained by special personnel to avoid machine damage and personnel injury. Once the machine breaks down, it must be repaired immediately. The authorized technicians shall troubleshoot the machine in time. After each maintenance, it is necessary to check the protective safety device of the machine before starting operation.

 

Do not cut any component with electric welding or flame, unless the cutting site will not cause fire and damage other components.

 

Appropriate protection measures must be provided for the machine. If there's a fire, you can get a fire extinguisher.

Do not climb the machine, should use a safe platform or scaffolding.

When using mechanical equipment (cranes, etc.) to lift or move parts, even if the parts are light, use these equipment should also be careful, because there is also a risk of slipping or losing balance.

Such as parts damaged can not be repaired, should be requested from the manufacturer (limited warranty period), not their own mapping and manufacturing, this will cause improper coordination and damage to other components.

2-3 Pre-check

Inspection of equipment approach

Check whether the machine is in good condition. If damage or incomplete packaging is found. Please inform the transport company immediately.

Please confirm whether the machine you received is consistent with the one you ordered, and compare whether the model you ordered is consistent with the famous brand.

Confirm that all accessories ordered for field installation have been received, complete and undamaged.

Please refer to 3 Dimensions for handling and installation clearance to ensure sufficient space for all connections and maintenance operations.

Only allowed to use forklift from the designated place, lifting is strictly prohibited.

There is sufficient load on site to install the machine, or at least appropriate containment measures.

There must be appropriate space on the left and right sides of the machine to maintain air flow and heat dissipation and ventilation of electrical components.

There should be enough support points on the correct installation position of the machine.

It is forbidden to push and pry the machine control cabinet. The bottom frame of the machine is the only bearing part.

2-4 Pay attention to electrical problems

The standard operating environment of the marking machine is as follows:

-- Electrical safety requirements

Only qualified personnel are allowed to operate and use electrical components. It is particularly noted that all power supplies connected to the machine must be cut off before any operation in the electric control cabinet. The main power supply can be cut off by disconnecting the main circuit breaker.

Electric shock hazard: Even when the main power supply is cut off or the main circuit breaker is disconnected, some electrical components on the machine may still be live.

Burn risk: Current will cause temporary or long-term heating of electrical components, so be careful when touching power cables, control cables, power cables, junction box covers and motor enclosures.

Even when the machine is shut down, as long as the supply circuit breaker is closed, the power line cable is still live. Refer to electrical schematic diagram for details.

If you want to clean the electric control cabinet, use a vacuum cleaner, do not use unfiltered compressed air directly clean. Compressed air water, oil pollution will cause electrical circuit short circuit and insulation resistance reduction.
