1.Main purpose

Pharmaceuticals: Raw materials are crushed, wet materials are granulated, dry materials are sieved, and any non-compliant pills need to be recycled and re-ground according to the size requirements of the granules. Food: Cookies are crushed for recycling and reuse. Others: Crushing and sieving of coarse raw materials, crushing and sieving of blocky raw materials, and decomposition of lumpy raw materials.

2. Working Principle

After the processed raw materials enter the feed port of the grinding and sizing machine, they fall into the conical working chamber. The rotating rotary knife exerts a swirling effect on the raw materials and uses centrifugal force to fling the particles towards the sieve surface. At the same time, the high-speed rotation of the rotary knife and the sieve surface generate a shear effect, causing the crushed particles to be broken into small particles between the rotating knife and the sieve and then discharged through the sieve. The size of the crushed particles can be adjusted by the number of sieve plates, the distance between the rotary knife and the sieve surface, and the speed of the rotary knife rotation.
