Working Principle

 

The equipment consists of main body, jacketed tank, tank cover, stirring paddle, cutting fly knife, discharge outlet, feeding system, transmission units, heating/cooling circuit and automatic control module.

The jacketed tank serves as the material container. Driven by transmission systems, stirring paddles rotate at preset speed to blend raw powder. Binder is added through the feeding unit to form wet mass within a short time. High-speed rotating cutting knives cut the wet mixture into target granules. Finally, the discharge valve opens for automatic discharging. By adjusting the rotation speed of stirring paddles and cutting knives, manufacturers can obtain granules with customized particle sizes.
