Overview:

1 Semi-automatic capsule filling machine is a product with corresponding performance proposed by our company in view of the shortcomings of the existing semi-automatic capsule filling machine products.

2 The whole machine adopts programmable control system, touch screen panel operation, stepless frequency adjustment, pneumatic joint control.

3 The equipment adopts the double-head automatic capsule filling machine in the design of the pouch, in the pouch speed, mold replacement, filling degree, maintenance and other aspects, compared with the old semi-automatic capsule filling machine equipment has made obvious progress, the equipment has become more fast, convenient, simple and stable. In terms of capsular locking, we use pneumatic control, automatic capsular locking to save labor time.

4 Equipment In terms of man-machine, our company has installed a safety door device in the bagging station. If the safety door is not closed, the equipment is in a static state and cannot run. On the powder filling station, a visual window is added to observe the degree of powder loading. A barrier plate is installed above the lock-up station to avoid accidents when the lock-up is turned over. The capsule tray is placed on the right side of the equipment for easy application.

5 The body and workbench are made of stainless steel, anti-corrosion and oxidation.

6 The equipment can be filled with different types of capsules, used for powder, particles, pellets and other drugs, health products hard capsule filling.
